Arrows Fitz (they/he/she) is the Associate Director of Content and Engagement at the ACLU of Southern California where they lead digital communications, track and optimize growth and content performance, and manage the affiliate's brand and creative. Since 2022, Fitz has consistently produced social, email, paid, influencer and creative campaigns that attract millions of engagements and views to ACLU SoCal.

In 2024, Fitz managed the ACLU SoCal's budget, creative and release of public education ads for Measure A, an effort that will now bring billions in housing and houselessness funds to L.A. County annually. Prior to ACLU SoCal, Fitz held a multi-year creator residency at YouTube, drove content production at e-commerce giant, ASOS, and led audience development under the digital arm of Discovery Channel.

Listed by People Magazine on the “Social Media Power List” in 2018, Fitz’s former YouTube channel is known for its LGBTQIA+ storytelling to and for Black and brown folks. His first short film, My Mama Wears Timbs, won the diversity award at Buffer Festival (2017) and showcased at the Toronto Film Festival. Fitz executive produced BUBBLES, a web series for Verizon’s Visible Mobile, showcasing how queer love can take place over a phone. He’s also produced content for The Trevor Project, GLAAD, Kenzo, Mariott International, VICE, Jansport, Steve Madden, ASOS, YouTube’s VR lab and others.

Today, Arrows Fitz is most enthusiastic about the intersection of public policy, digital media and art.
