Tiffany M. Bailey is a Munger, Tolles & Olson Fellow at the ACLU of Southern California, where her work focuses on gang injunctions and databases issues.
Tiffany was previously an Arthur Liman Fellow for the Economic Justice Project at the ACLU of Southern California, where she worked on issues relating to the over-policing and criminalization of the unhoused community.
Tiffany graduated from Yale Law School. She clerked on the California Supreme Court for Justice Leondra R. Kruger and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for Judge Marsha S. Berzon.
