Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, 2020, and the stakes could not be higher.

If you're eligible to vote, be an ACLU voter. Vote all the way down the ballot for president, statewide elected officials and propositions, as well as local officials and measures. Support new laws that will promote racial and social justice. Reject those that will turn back the clock.

Make a voting plan so that you are prepared to vote early and safely. See our checklist below. Share this resource with your friends and family, get involved to reach other voters, and vote for our shared future.
