Jacob Reisberg is senior policy counsel at the ACLU of Southern California.
Jacob's work focuses on jail conditions and related issues. Jacob has previously worked in New York City local government and as a defense attorney representing individuals arrested while protesting the Dakota Access Pipeline at Standing Rock.
Jacob graduated from Harvard Law School. He clerked on the United States District Court for the District of Oregon for Judge Michael H. Simon and on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit for Judge David J. Barron.
