Dignity For All Project

homeless

The Dignity For All Project by the ACLU of Southern California is driven by the principle that all persons in the United States are entitled to the basic necessities of life, including adequate food, clothing, housing, and health care. We do this by promoting policy changes that recognize and advance the human dignity of all persons, educating policy makers and the community about the legal, economic and human issues arising from homelessness, and litigating cases that promote governmental accountability and protect the civil rights and liberties of persons who are homeless.

Our Mission

We work to ensure the rights of homeless individuals through advocacy, public education and litigation.
